THE NUMBER = 252.4 (-3.8 from last week)
Solid. Did not get in all the workouts that I had missed when Lulu was in the hospital, but did get in everything that was scheduled this week and made up some as well. Left knee is sore and has been for about five days. Over training injury? I have been trying to watch it and how much stress I put on my legs. This is a build period, so I am hoping to carefully make it through to my next recovery week. I don't want to miss any mileage especially with Palm Springs coming up.
