DISPATCHES FROM A SISTER
ReplyDeleteWhen I was 5 my brother showed me how much fun life could be.
When I was 10 my brother taught me about having thick skin.
When I was 13 my brother taught me about self-defense.
When I was 16 my brother taught me the gift of friendship.
When I was 22 my brother taught me about commitment to family.
When I was 26 my brother taught me about admiration and respect.
When I was 35 my brother taught me about love and support.
When I was 38 my brother and I ran side by side across a marathon finish line as tear of pride for him streamed down my face.
When I was 39 my brother started this blog...
As I enter into my 40th year of life, I couldn't be prouder to be related to such an amazing man, an incredible athlete and an inspiring humanitarian.
Go, Jeff, Go!!!
I love you – stay strong - keep up your fight to stop hunger! The world is a better place because of you!
Amy,
ReplyDeleteI don't know what to say, but that I love you very much. 100 days away from the biggest thing I have ever attempted in my life. Thank you for everything.
