THE NUMBER = 244.6 (-1.6 from last week)
I was convinced that I would have gained more weight this week. I feel totally bloated.
I will be picking up a Nutritional Expert beginning August 1rst to help me get to the next level. I just feel like this is the key to the next breakthrough for me and I haven't been able to manage myself properly when it comes to diet.
